You can expect a very spacious apartment (150 m²) on the first floor of a two-family house with 5 separate bedrooms and a living room as well as a large winter garden and direct access to the garden.
Just after the entrance on the right is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) with a view of the garden and a small bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm).
Straight ahead in the hallway is another small bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm), a view of the rear garden and access to the winter garden. Right next to it is a large living room with a nostalgic tiled stove, large corner sofa and TV for cozy hours.
In the hallway on the left you enter the front part of the apartment. There is a toilet on the left and a very small, cozy room with a single bed (90x200cm). Right next to it is a very spacious bathroom with daylight, equipped with a double washbasin, toilet, bathtub, shower, hairdryer and a washing machine.
In the hallway straight ahead there is another large bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and a view of the winter garden.
In the hallway on the right is the large, bright eat-in kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and a large fridge with freezer compartments. From the kitchen you can easily access the spacious winter garden, which offers plenty of space for eating, playing and relaxing in both good and bad weather.
A few steps lead down from the winter garden to the spacious garden, which also has a seating area and a small arbor. The garden offers plenty of space for children to play, sunbathe and barbecue.

For 1-2 families or small groups of up to 6 people, the quietly located vacation apartment in the upmarket residential area of Bermatingen is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and explore the beautiful Lake Constance region.
Starting from your holiday apartment you can reach the nature with meadows, woods and dreamlike vineyard scenery in only few minutes. In only 3 minutes by foot you can also reach the historical village centre of Bermatingen with good traffic connections as well as varied shopping facilities and gastronomy offerings.
By car or by bicycle you can quickly reach the neighbour villages “Markdorf” (3 km) and “Salem” (5 km) with the famous monastery, the monkey mountain and the large castle lake for swimming. In only 8 km you can reach the Lake Constance with numerous open-air pools and promenades as well as the historical city of “Meersburg" with the significant knight's castle. The UNESCO world cultural heritage site “Pfahlbauten" in Uhldingen at Lake Constance, you will find after 10 km. From Meersburg you can reach the city of Konstanz and the Sea Life Aquarium by passenger ship. The city of the zeppelin “Friedrichshafen” can be reached by car or train in about 15 minutes and the “Ravensburger Spieleland” is about 30 minutes away by car.
