Directly of your private parking space a stair leads up into the light-flooded holiday apartment. To the left there is the bedroom with a large double bed (180X200 cm). The double bed can be easily separated into two individual beds (90x200). Separated from the bedroom there is another single bed (90x200 cm).
Opposite the bedroom you find the bathroom with washing area, WC and spacious shower. Of course, a hair dryer, soap, toilet paper and towels are available in sufficient quantity.
Next to the bathroom there is a small fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining table, flat-screen TV and two sofa beds (90X200) is the heart of the apartment.
The covered outdoor area provides sufficient shade in midsummer. Through the slats and windows you have a wonderful view over the orchards. The garden furniture offers enough space for the whole family, whether for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

This modern and recently furnished holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of a modern single-family house and offers 52 m² of space in 2 rooms for up to 5 people.
The holiday apartment is located in the idyllic resort “Oberteuringen” in the midst of nature, surrounded by fruit trees and bright meadows.
The village of Oberteuringen can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes via a beautiful path. A large supermarket and a bakery offer ideal shopping facilities.
Starting from the apartment you can reach the nature with meadows, woods and numerous vineyards in a few minutes on foot. Even without a car Lake Constance is reachable via cycle paths and hiking trails in a short time.
The city of “Friedrichshafen” on Lake Constance can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes and the historic city of “Ravensburg” in approx. 15 minutes.
