From your private parking space, you walk through the lovingly landscaped garden, past the garden house towards the single-family house, in which is to be found your holiday apartment on the ground floor. The apartment captivates by its newly furnished and spacious rooms. Colour accents give the apartment its cosiness. All rooms are equipped with shutters and as good as new soundproof windows. The hillside location offers a perfect view over the trees, road and the residential area. Bicycles can be parked in the garden shed.
You enter in a brightly, spacious generous hall, equipped with wardrobe, large mirror and a seat. On the right side of the hall you find the south facing bedroom. This offers a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the Alps. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The double bed can be separated to create two single beds with a size of 90x200 cm.
Opposite the entrance you enter the bright and discreetly furnished living room. It is located on the south sides, so that evenings with lake and alpine views can end here in a relaxing way. It is equipped with television, radio, two sofa beds (90x200 cm), a side table and a comfortable reading corner.
To the left of the living room a new, fully equipped and modern kitchen awaits you. The kitchen includes a seating area, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceran stove, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
The second bedroom is located on the north side of the house. This spacious room offers plenty of storage space and is equipped with two beds (90x200) and a wardrobe.
On the opposite of the bedroom you can find the WC with a small window, privacy screen and separate washbasin. Right beside you find the original bathroom, equipped with a large opal glass window, shower, bathtub, washbasin, mirror cabinet and hairdryer.
In the outdoor area on the northwest side of the house a Mediterranean and lovingly designed stone terrace, surrounded by flowers and trees, awaits you. Here you can enjoy the sun and the view of Lake Constance. A second small seat you find on the south side of the house.

- 01.04. – 31.10.: 4,00€ per person and per night (summer tax)
- 01.01. – 31.03. and 01.11. – 01.01.: 2,00€ per person and per night (winter tax)
Children up to and including 5 years are exempt from the visitor's tax.
Children from 6 to 14 years pay 2,00€ (summer) and 1,00€ (winter).
The visitor's tax has to be paid in cash at arrival.
Location
The generous 78 m² 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a large single-family house with a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the Alps and provides space for up to 4 persons. Surrounded by fruit- and wine-growing in the midst of a residential area you have – thanks to the hillside - a perfect view over trees, streets and residential area up to the lake.
Meersburg is a wonderful city for holiday and museums and is located idyllically between Überlingen and Friedrichshafen near the federal road B31 directly at the Lake Constance. In only a few minutes on foot you reach the promenade and the thermal bath.
Historic cities like Überlingen, Ravensburg or Constance as well as popular leisure activities for the whole family – e.g. SeaLife in Constance, climbing park in Immenstaad, Spieleland in Ravensburg – can be reached quickly by car.
In the immediate proximity, the “Meersburger Hofladen" (farm shop) offers regional organic products, delicious homemade cakes and a bicycle and tandem rental service. A supermarket and a bakery are in the surrounding area.
Starting from the apartment, opposite the garden there is a bus stop on Stettener Straße. Here you have the possibility to visit the respective sights by bus with your guest card free of charge or to visit the historic old town on foot.
