Directly from your private parking space you enter the staircase which brings you to the 4th floor, where you find your holiday apartment with 60 m² and partial lake view.
The cosy attic apartment has a little corridor, which is equipped with wardrobe, mirror and space for your luggage.

There is a small bedroom directly to the left of the entrance area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The double bed can be divided into two single beds with a size of 90x200 cm.

Opposite the first bedroom is the kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven and filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The living room with a large roof window is equipped with an inviting seating area for 4-6 people, a comfortable sofa and TV.

Directly from the living room you enter the bathroom, which is equipped with a window, toilet, shower, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer.

In the rear of the apartment, facing north, is the large bedroom under a great beam roof construction. The spacious bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The two double beds can be divided so that 4 single beds with a size of 90x200 cm each are created. As a highlight in this room, the hammock invites you to swing and relax under the roof.

A highlight of the comfortable holiday apartment is the approx. 30 m² roof terrace with partial lake view. The access to the roof terrace is via the staircase and can also be used by the lower apartment "Immenstaad 1". The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, parasols and much more. Small ball games can even be played on the terrace above the roofs of Immenstaad and the sun is inviting from morning to night.
