The extensively and newly renovated 2-room city apartment offers 55 m² space for up to 5 people. The architectural interplay of modern design and cosy furnishings invites not only families and holidaymakers, but also business travellers.
The apartment is directly accessible from the pedestrian zone via a staircase and is located on the 1st floor of the architect-designed house.
When you enter the apartment on your right there is a platform with a double bed (180x200 cm). The double bed can be divided into two single beds with a size of 90x200 cm. The high ceiling and the flat-screen TV integrated in the wall invite you to a cosy get-together.
Next to the gallery you find the spacious bathroom with washing area, WC and spacious glass shower. Of course, a hair dryer, soap, toilet paper and towels are available in sufficient quantity.
Next to the bathroom there is a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a 2-plate stove, oven, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. The adjacent counter offers the perfect transition into the spacious living room.
The living room including a sofa bed is equipped with a second flat screen TV and reading lamp. Above all, the large window front in the living room offers an exciting view of the pedestrian zone and the hustle and bustle of the city.
The following children's room offers a solid wood loft bed with two 90x200 cm mattresses in the rear area and in the front area a small desk at the window front.

Location
The city apartment is located in the heart of Markdorf in the pedestrian zone between the old part and the modern part. Due to the central location of the apartment you can enjoy all the advantages of bus and train connections. Bakery, butcher's shop and supermarkets as well as a wide range of shopping facilities are just a few steps away.
For the evening program Markdorf offers a variety of restaurants and bars. Especially in the summer months it is very nice to dine on the squares of the old town or simply to stroll comfortably.
You can reach the nature with meadows, woods and numerous vineyards in a few minutes on foot. And even without a car you can reach Lake Constance in a short time via cycle paths and hiking trails.
