The business apartment is located on the ground floor of a town house in the pedestrian zone in the centre of Markdorf. The entrance area offers space for a seat to watch the city life.
After entering the apartment you find a reading lounge on the left side, which is shielded from the following living area by elegant hall curtains.
The modern and lovingly designed living area, equipped with a sofa and a flat-screen TV offers a cosy flair and invites you to linger.
The following kitchen counter offers the perfect transition from the living area to the open kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-plate ceramic glass cooktop, oven,
fridge-freezer and dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
On the right of the kitchen is a spacious bathroom with ground-floor shower and separate toilet. Of course a hair dryer, towels in sufficient quantity, soap, and toilet paper are available.
Only a few steps lead from the kitchen to the sleeping area. It offers 4 single beds (90 x 200). Large room dividers with plenty of storage space ensure discretion and comfort between the single
beds.
At the rear of the apartment you will find a spacious dressing room with plenty of storage space for various utensils and luggage. In addition, the room is equipped with a 2nd workstation as well
as a cupboard and a washing machine. A terrace door leads you out to a 2m² smoking lounge.

Location
The business apartment is located in the heart of Markdorf in the pedestrian zone between the old town and the modern town. Due to the central location of the apartment you can enjoy all the
advantages of bus and train connections. Bakery, butcher's shop and supermarkets as well as a wide range of shopping facilities are just a few steps away.
For the evening program Markdorf offers a variety of restaurants and bars. Especially in the summer months it is very nice to dine on the squares of the old town or simply to stroll
comfortably.
You can reach the nature in only a few minutes’ walk. And even without a car you can reach Lake Constance in a short time via cycle paths and hiking trails. The industrial area of Markdorf with
the large companies like Wagner Group, Weber Automotive, Knoblauch, Alpla etc. is only 5 minutes’ walk away. Other companies such as ZF, MTU and Zeppelin can be reached by car, train or bus in 15
minutes.
