Apartment House Markdorf - Apartment 5

On the north side of our apartment building, newly built in 2024, in the centre of Markdorf, you will find the entrance to the house, which leads you to our 5 modern apartments. You will find a lift in the stairwell, which you can use to easily reach your apartment.

All apartments have a kitchenette equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

Free WIFI is available in all areas of the apartment house. All rooms also have LAN connections and are equipped with a Smart TV with cable connection. You can use Amazon Prime, Netflix and much more with your private account.

The light-coloured oak-look floors and underfloor heating give the rooms their warmth. Selected colours, cosy upholstered furniture and the simple design give all rooms their special charm.

The elegant bathrooms, equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and towels, offer enough space for your privacy.

Each apartment also has its own washing machine, ironing station and hoover for longer stays.

With a height of 65 cm, all beds in the apartment house are very comfortable to get in and out of. The popular mattresses with a high degree of firmness promise a restful night's sleep. All double rooms are equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), which can be separated if required.

Apartment 5

Apartment 5 with 68 m² for up to 6 people is located on the first floor. You can access the apartment via the staircase and the lift.

The large hallway with wardrobe, mirror, desk and separate guest WC offers plenty of space for suitcases, pushchairs, rollators or wheelchairs.

Room 1: The first, north-facing bedroom with French balcony is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm), flat-screen TV and plenty of space for your luggage.

Room 2: The small, west-facing bedroom with French balcony is furnished with a comfortable bunk bed with 2 beds (90x200 cm) and flat screen TV. There is also a chest of drawers, coat hooks and a desk.

Room 3: The largest room on the south side of the apartment, with floor-to-ceiling windows, French balcony and direct access to the large terrace, can be used as both a charming living room and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). Carefully selected furniture and a flat-screen TV offer the room a versatile use.

The large living/dining area offers plenty of space for the whole family. The dining table next to the floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the terrace and the adjoining kitchen offer maximum living comfort. A flat-screen TV opposite the dining area offers entertainment from the kitchen, dining area and even from the terrace. From the living/dining area, you can access the very large, covered terrace via a sliding door. Here you will find a comfortable table for eating, playing or working as well as deckchairs for relaxing. Enjoy the view over the rooftops of Markdorf and the urban greenery of the old town.
