Apartment House Markdorf - Apartment 2

On the north side of our apartment building, newly built in 2024, in the centre of Markdorf, you will find the entrance to the house, which leads you to our 5 modern apartments. You will find a lift in the stairwell, which you can use to easily reach your apartment.

All apartments have a kitchenette equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

Free WIFI is available in all areas of the apartment house. All rooms also have LAN connections and are equipped with a Smart TV with cable connection. You can use Amazon Prime, Netflix and much more with your private account.

The light-coloured oak-look floors and underfloor heating give the rooms their warmth. Selected colours, cosy upholstered furniture and the simple design give all rooms their special charm.

The elegant bathrooms, equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and towels, offer enough space for your privacy.

Each apartment also has its own washing machine, ironing station and hoover for longer stays.

With a height of 65 cm, all beds in the apartment house are very comfortable to get in and out of. The popular mattresses with a high degree of firmness promise a restful night's sleep. All double rooms are equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), which can be separated if required.

Apartment 2:

Apartment 2 with 50 m² for up to 5 people is located on the ground floor. You have access to the apartment via the staircase with lift or via the patio door on the south side.

Room 1: The south-facing bedroom with large window is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and flat-screen TV. A chest of drawers and wardrobe offer enough space for your luggage.

Room 2: The second bedroom is north-facing with a small, high window and is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and flat-screen TV. There is also a wardrobe for plenty of luggage and a desk for working in peace.

The open-plan living/dining area is divided by the kitchen. At the back is the living room with a large L-shaped sofa bed and flat-screen TV. Here the whole family has space to play and spend time together. At the front is the spacious kitchen and the dining area right by the large window.

From the living/dining area, you can access the terrace, which invites you to linger with a view of the pedestrian zone. About 50 metres away, you are part of the hustle and bustle and will find shops, restaurants and the beautiful old town of Markdorf to stroll through.
