The modern apartment building, newly opened in autumn 2024, is centrally located in the heart of Markdorf's historic old town. In a quiet side street, directly in the pedestrian zone of the „Hauptstrasse“, the apartment house offers 5 exclusive city centre apartments with 1-4 rooms.


Through the interaction of several architects, we have created an innovative town house that is optimally tailored to the needs of holiday and business travellers. All apartments have the comfort of a hotel and at the same time the size of a holiday apartment.

 

In order to offer our guests from all over the world the greatest possible comfort, each apartment is accessible by lift. This means maximum living comfort for families with pushchairs, older people with walking aids or wheelchair users.

 

All apartments are furnished with comfortable double and/or single beds, desk, WIFI and LAN connections, as well as flat screen TV.

The practical 35 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment house and can accommodate up to 3 people. From the terrace, which you can access from both rooms, you can reach the pedestrian zone just 50 meters away.

The spacious 50 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment house and can accommodate up to 5 people. The pedestrian zone is just 50 meters away from the terrace.

The cozy apartment 3 with 37 m² is located on the 1st floor of the apartment house and offers space for up to 3 people. In the large living/sleeping area you will find a reading corner and a workplace.

The spacious 56 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of the apartment house and offers space for up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms. The large living/dining area also has a sofa bed and a workstation and access to the balcony.

The largest apartment in this house
with 68 m² is located on the 2nd floor. With 3 bedrooms it offers space for
up to 6 people. You can access the balcony from the large living/dining area.

 

 

Booking and arrival information:

  • Arrival between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm
  • Departure by 10.00 am

The central location of our apartment house in the middle of the pedestrian zone of Markdorf with its 14,000 inhabitants makes the car almost superfluous. Just 50 metres away, you can immediately become part of city life, with all the amenities you need for your daily needs. Shops, bakeries, butchers and much more invite you to enjoy the old and new Markdorf. For breakfast, lunch and of course for the evening programme, Markdorf offers a wide range of restaurants and bars.

 

Public transport is also just a few minutes' walk away. The railway station, with direct connections to Friedrichshafen, Überlingen and Radolfzell, can be reached in 10 minutes. The many stops on the well-developed bus network, including to Salem, Constance and Ravensburg, can also be reached in 5 minutes.

 

For tourists, Markdorf is ideally located between Überlingen, Meersburg, Friedrichshafen and Ravensburg. You can quickly reach the countryside on foot for hiking in Deggenhausertal, mountain biking on the Gehrenberg or strolling and swimming on Lake Constance. You can reach Lake Constance with its numerous outdoor pools and promenades in a short time via cycle paths and hiking trails, even without a car.

 

Our apartment house is ideally located for business travellers, as all major companies in Markdorf, such as Weber, Wagner, Alpla and Wälischmiller, are within walking distance. Friedrichshafen with the airport, the trade fair centre and the companies Zeppelin, ZF and MTU/Rolls-Royce as well as Immenstaad with the company Airbus or Überlingen with the company Diehl are only a few minutes' drive away.
